Winter Youth Celebration.
I attended the Winter Youth Celebration (WYC) alongside of my youth group of the Hillsboro First Baptist Church (in Hillsboro, Oregon, USA) during a weekend in December of the years 2001 and 2002 or 2002 and 2003. We raised the money for the cost of this event by making wreaths that we later sold to our church friends and members at church. It was interesting and the WYC was exciting. I even met a girl that I liked there. I ended up calling her long-distance, after the event, since she lived in California, and I lived in Oregon. My mom asked me if I knew about the long-distance charge. I told her no. I did not want to tell her. WYC consists of interesting keynote speakers, worship, fellowship, snacks, and epic memories. We had to write about each other in our group. I was shocked to see the interesting things that my youth group friends wrote about me, especially Naomi and April who I liked.
